Nothing on this website is a guarantee of insurance approval, rate, benefit, cash value, tax treatment, claim payment, or policy issuance.

01General Information Disclaimer

Information on the TSA website, forms, emails, readiness summaries, presentations, videos, consultations, and educational materials is provided for insurance education, preliminary review, and administrative support. It is not medical, legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice and is not a substitute for the issued policy or professional advice appropriate to your circumstances.

02Family Protection Navigator™ Disclaimer

The TSA Family Protection Navigator™, readiness scores, exposure labels, opportunity lists, and personalized review notes are generated from user-provided inputs and generalized logic. They are not actuarial determinations, insurance applications, quotes, underwriting decisions, coverage approvals, policy illustrations, or guarantees. A score does not determine insurability, premium, benefits, suitability, or carrier approval.

03Licensing and Appointment Disclaimer

Christopher F. Schulz holds Florida Resident Insurance License No. W569357, including Florida 2-14 Life and 2-40 Health license classes. Insurance may be transacted only where the responsible professional is properly licensed and, where required, actively appointed by an eligible insurer or employer. License status and authority should be verified through the Florida Department of Financial Services or the applicable state regulator.

04TSA Service Scope

TSA's current public service scope is private health insurance, life insurance, and indexed universal life insurance. TSA does not market or offer variable life insurance or annuity products through this website. References to broader license classifications do not expand the products actually offered on this site.

05No Coverage or Binding Authority

No website content, conversation, readiness result, quote, illustration, recommendation, application, premium submission, or receipt creates or binds insurance coverage. Coverage exists only after the carrier approves and issues the policy, all conditions are met, the required premium is accepted, and the carrier confirms the effective date.

06Underwriting and Eligibility Disclaimer

Final eligibility, rate class, premium, benefits, exclusions, riders, effective date, renewal, and policy issuance are determined by the carrier under applicable law and underwriting rules. TSA cannot guarantee approval, preferred rates, lower premiums, specific benefits, or claim payment.

07Private Health Insurance Disclaimer

Private health products vary materially. They may contain provider-network restrictions, exclusions, waiting periods, limited benefits, preauthorization rules, formularies, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, benefit maximums, and renewal conditions. Verify providers, facilities, prescriptions, benefits, costs, and geographic access directly with the carrier before relying on coverage. TSA does not provide medical advice or emergency services.

08Life Insurance Disclaimer

Life insurance recommendations depend on age, health, finances, dependents, insurable interest, goals, ownership, beneficiary designations, underwriting, and affordability. Needs analyses are estimates and do not guarantee that a particular amount, product, or premium is appropriate or available. Review the issued contract and all carrier disclosures.

09Indexed Universal Life Disclaimer

Indexed universal life is life insurance, not a direct investment in a market index. Policies may include mortality charges, administrative expenses, surrender charges, caps, participation rates, spreads, policy loans, loan interest, withdrawal effects, non-guaranteed values, lapse risk, and tax consequences. Illustrations use assumptions and are not promises of future crediting, cash value, distributions, or tax treatment.

10No Tax, Legal, Securities, or Investment Advice

TSA does not provide tax, legal, accounting, securities, or investment-advisory services through this website. Insurance discussions do not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, broker-dealer, or investment-adviser relationship. Consult qualified professionals before acting on ownership, beneficiary, business succession, estate, tax, trust, or distribution strategies.

11Carrier Access and Product Availability

Carrier names, logos, or access examples are provided only to describe possible review context. They do not mean TSA represents every carrier, has an active appointment with every carrier in every state, or can offer every product. Carrier access, appointment status, product availability, and compensation may change without notice.

12Claims and Policy Administration

Claims, billing, policy changes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and appeals are administered under carrier procedures and the policy contract. TSA may assist with communication but does not control carrier determinations, processing time, or payment.

13Third-Party Information and Platforms

TSA may use carrier systems, quoting platforms, general agencies, data vendors, payment processors, scheduling tools, and other third parties. TSA is not responsible for third-party errors, outages, pricing, data practices, decisions, or changes.

14Testimonials, Experience, and Performance Statements

Testimonials, service counts, carrier-access counts, coverage amounts, years of experience, or similar statements describe past experience or operational context and do not guarantee that any consumer will receive the same result, carrier access, approval, pricing, coverage amount, or outcome.

15No Medical or Emergency Service

TSA is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, or advise on medical conditions. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate care. Coverage questions should not delay necessary medical treatment.

16User Responsibility and Reliance

You are responsible for reviewing all applications, quotes, illustrations, policy pages, schedules, riders, exclusions, notices, and statements before signing or relying on them. Ask questions, correct errors promptly, and retain copies. The issued policy and carrier-approved documents control.
