01Purpose and Incorporation
This Legal Addendum supplements TSA's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, insurance applications, carrier forms, policy illustrations, and issued contracts. It applies to private health insurance, life insurance, indexed universal life insurance, readiness tools, quote support, application assistance, and policy-service communications.
02Operator and Brand Status
The Schulz Agency is an insurance-focused child brand operated by The Peoples Trusts Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Unless a carrier document or application states otherwise, The Peoples Trusts Consulting LLC is the website and business operator for TSA.
03License Disclosure and Verification
Christopher F. Schulz holds Florida Resident Insurance License No. W569357. Florida records identify the active license classes shown on the supplied license as:
- 2-14 Life, including variable annuity authority - issue date August 23, 2023; and
- 2-40 Health - issue date May 29, 2019.
A licensee may transact insurance only with any appointment required by law. Consumers may verify license status through the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services.
04Products Actually Offered Through TSA
TSA's current public offering is limited to:
Excluded from this website offering: variable life insurance and annuity products. The broader wording of a state license classification does not mean TSA markets or offers every product permitted by that classification.
05State Availability and Appointments
Products and services are available only in jurisdictions where the responsible licensed professional has the required authority and appointment. Carrier access, appointment status, plan availability, and product features vary by state and may change. TSA may refer a consumer, limit the scope of a review, or decline to proceed when legal, appointment, carrier, suitability, or compliance conditions are not met.
06Application Process and Consumer Authorization
When you request application support, you authorize TSA to collect, prepare, transmit, and discuss information reasonably necessary for quoting, underwriting, compliance, policy issuance, and servicing. You remain responsible for reviewing every answer and disclosure before signing. TSA may not change or answer application questions for you without your confirmation.
07Carrier Authority and Policy Control
The carrier controls underwriting, classification, premium, exclusions, riders, effective date, policy issuance, renewal, claims, and administration. TSA cannot alter carrier rules or bind coverage unless expressly authorized and confirmed in writing. If website content conflicts with an issued policy or carrier-approved document, the policy or carrier document controls.
08Private Health Insurance Addendum
Private health coverage may be medically underwritten or subject to eligibility requirements and may not provide the same benefits or protections as other forms of health coverage. Consumers must examine the summary of benefits, exclusions, network, formulary, limitations, renewal terms, and carrier disclosures. TSA does not determine medical necessity and cannot guarantee provider participation or claim approval.
09Life Insurance Addendum
Life insurance requires insurable interest, accurate underwriting information, affordability review, appropriate ownership and beneficiary designations, and continued premium support. Coverage amounts and product selection should be reviewed as circumstances change. Policy owners are responsible for monitoring notices, statements, beneficiaries, ownership, premium sufficiency, and lapse risk.
10Indexed Universal Life Addendum
IUL is permanent life insurance with cash-value features tied in part to an external index-crediting method established by the carrier. The policy does not invest directly in the index. Non-guaranteed elements may change, including caps, participation rates, spreads, charges, and illustrated values. Loans and withdrawals reduce available value and death benefit, may cause lapse, and may create taxable consequences. Funding above statutory limits may cause modified endowment contract treatment. Individual tax results require qualified professional review.
11Replacement and Existing Coverage
Replacing existing life or health coverage can create new underwriting, waiting periods, contestability periods, surrender charges, tax effects, lost guarantees, or coverage gaps. Existing coverage should not be cancelled until the new carrier has issued coverage, the effective date is confirmed, and the consumer has reviewed all replacement and free-look disclosures.
12Compensation and Carrier Relationships
TSA or the responsible licensed agent may receive commissions or other carrier-paid compensation when an insurance policy is issued, maintained, or renewed, subject to carrier contracts and applicable law. Compensation can vary by carrier, product, premium, and policy duration. Consumers may ask TSA for additional information about the role of the agent and carrier relationship for a proposed product.
13Suitability, Needs Review, and Consumer Decision
TSA may discuss needs, affordability, goals, product features, and tradeoffs. The consumer retains responsibility for the final decision. A recommendation is limited by the information provided, products available through the relevant appointments, and the scope of the review. Consumers should disclose material objectives and constraints and request clarification before proceeding.
14No Fiduciary, Securities, Tax, or Legal Relationship
Unless separately established in a legally enforceable written engagement with a properly qualified professional, TSA does not act as an attorney, tax adviser, accountant, securities broker, investment adviser, trustee, or fiduciary. IUL education is insurance education and does not create a securities or investment-advisory relationship.
15Records, Delivery, and Ongoing Review
Consumers should retain copies of applications, illustrations, replacement forms, disclosures, policies, amendments, beneficiary records, payment confirmations, and communications. Review the policy promptly during any free-look period and review it periodically thereafter. Notify the carrier and TSA of material contact, ownership, beneficiary, or servicing changes.
16Privacy and Sensitive Information
Insurance applications may involve health, medical, financial, and identity information. Use only the collection channel requested by TSA or the carrier. Do not send complete Social Security numbers, full medical records, or banking credentials through ordinary email or SMS unless specifically directed to an approved secure process. The TSA Privacy Policy governs information handling.
17Order of Precedence
For coverage terms, the issued policy, riders, endorsements, schedules, and carrier-approved documents control. For application representations, the signed application and carrier records control. For TSA website and administrative services, a signed service-specific agreement controls over this Addendum where it expressly conflicts. Otherwise, this Addendum, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers should be read together.
